BRIEF PROFILE
Dee Bakers Limited is a
limited liability company registered on the 16th of Feb. 2001 with
RC No. 403745. The company started with confectioneries, baking of various
cakes, supplying to banks, corporate bodies, shops and other out lets. We
expand our services with concentration on catering services and event
management. We have a full catering service company, specializing in unique
modern, elegant and creative in different foods. Over the years Dee bakers
catering service has had the pleasure of providing different clients with
memorable and unforgettable meals in restaurants, canteens, Schools, in-door
and out-door respectively.
Dee Bakers School of Catering and
Cake Decoration was established in 2009, to give basic training
and impact the necessary skill to individuals to be self employed and to teach
the practical theoretical knowledge in catering and cake decorating.
The school has graduated about
twenty (20) batches of vocational classes since its establishment. Go to say grandaunts
have successfully established themselves in various areas, with self reliance
and professionalism in catering services. We have trained students within and
outside Kaduna and Nigerians in Diaspora to mention a few.
AIM
A private led initiative with
sole aim of training and building all ages and entrepreneurs. We inculcate
discipline, experience and efficiency man power for the industry.
THE SCHOOL PROGRAMS
The school is a
vocational institution which is affiliated to Industrial Training Fund (ITF) as
a supervisory body, is presently running the following programs
v Three
(3) months comprehensive Certificate Course
v A
one (1) month special program for working class and house wives.
v A
three (3) months part-time program for working class persons
v Six
(6) weeks special program for about to
wed and Newly wed
v A
three week (3) months special programs for serving Corp members
v A
three (3) weeks holiday programs for secondary school students.
Also the school still goes beyond
these programs in terms of offering training and consultancy services to Hotels,
Restaurants, Eateries, and Schools. Including Home Cooks and Hall decorations
etc.
